West Bengal School Education Department published ROPA Rules 2019 for the teaching and non-teaching staff of Government Sponsored or Government Aided Schools on dated 13.12.2019.

On the basis of the recommendations of the Sixth Pay Commission of West Bengal, this memorandum has come into force from 01.01.2016  with the actual effect from 01.01.2020.

As specified in the Pay Matrix Table in WB ROPA 2019, the Level of Pay of the employees will be determined in the revised pay structure. There is a specific level for each specific Grade Pay. You can download the ROPA 2019 pdf for Teachers and non-teaching staff.
