ROPA 2019 for Non-teaching Employees
Under notification number 16 F (P1) Government of WB published ROPA 2019 Pay Matrix for the Common Category Employees of University, Boards and Council. By abolishing existing Grade Pay system ROPA 2019 has introduced different Pay Levels in its Pay Matrix Table. The Level of Pay in new revised pay structure will be determined in accordance with each specific Grade Pay.
ROPA 2019 Pay Matrix for University non-teaching staff
Pay Matrix in schedule II of ROPA 2019 has been categorized in three part. Part A for Common Category Employees and Part B for the Officers of Universities/Boards/Councils. Part C of the Pay Matrix is for the employees of the West Bengal Council of Rabindra Open Schooling.
