West Bengal Govt Finance Department has issued the notification bearing number 4252-F(P2) dated 17.10.2022 declaring 27th October 2022 as a public holiday on account of Bhatridwitya under the NI Act in modification of the existing order 3640-F(P2) dated 26.11.2021.
Previously the holiday, on account of Bhatridwitya was declared on 27.10.2022 under the order of the State Government in 2022 in Holiday List-II.

NOTIFICATION
In partial modification of the Notification No. 3640-F(P2) dated 26th November, 2021, the Governor is pleased to declare the 27th October, 2022 (Thursday) as a Public Holiday on account of Bhratridwitiya under Section 25 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881.
